A transaction creates value for existing and potential Veracomp’s vendor and reseller partners
Veracomp has signed an agreement to sell its entire value-added distribution group to Exclusive Networks. The transaction is subject to several conditions including regulatory approvals and is expected to be closed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
With a direct presence in 10 countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and serving neighboring countries, Veracomp will allow Exclusive Networks to create a new region at the heart of its EMEA operations. The global distributor has already 50 offices worldwide and offers its services in over 100 countries.
Veracomp has built its position on business and technology consultancy, as the largest pure Value Added Distributor in CEE and has strong capabilities to help his business partners to grow further in this region.
